KVR -- check out this woodstove. It looks like an awesome cross between a big woodstove and a cookstove. $3,500 however.

The woman i got my Siberian husky from had a similar stove. its pretty neat how she had it setup

We have a Pacific Energy stove insert. It plugged right into the fireplace and we love it. We usually go through 2 cords of wood a season and it keeps the oil bill in check.

holy crap I feel for people that need to heat with oil, had our tank at the business filled yesterday, 850 dollars! I always get sticker shock each fall when we fill it

Yeah, ours was half full and they just came and filled it (I didnt call and ask). They left a $500+ bill in the mailbox. real nice of them.
