Ahhhhh  Ok cause that's everything I have been reading.  The whites are bigger and more white meat.

How much did they weigh?  I was reading online that you can get em up to 25 lbs or more? Just at that size they get to big for the oven?

Also how long did you raise them?

Ours were probably 35 pounds, we raise them till end of September or so. If all the birds make it, 6 are a lot of meat.

If they are too big for your oven, you can just break them down and vacuum seal them. We did that 2 years ago and it worked out well.

Ya I planned on breaking down 2 of them. Wow 35 that's crazy.  Id like to fry one that big. I bet that would be good?

Heck yeah it would be.

We just got one of those big disposable pans since the birds wouldn't fit into any of ours and tented it with foil and baked them for like 8 hours, all the fat rendered down and the meat just melted. Best turkey we ever had.

Yeah and we have a very small gas oven, it's either 24 or 28 inches, I forget
