the other issue I am having is I am pushing to get a JRT as well, I'm trying to use the excuse that it will be a barn dog and help control the rat population, it's not going so well

it would be on rat patrol at the barn all day, the rats seem to have started to hang out in the pig pen, going after their feed now

lol, nothing brewing on my end.  Im still thinking about sneaking a few trees and grapevines in before winter hits.  Want to put in a few chestnuts and a mulberry.
