Hate to say it KVR, I think you're going to have to recreate that so you can catch it on film.

update: So after 2 days of trying to catch some more, I realized the rats are smarter than first thought, they laughed at my attempts.

So I called my pest control guy and he said he was headed to a job this morning and he could swing by with some bait.

So him and his partner showed up around 8 and we trudged through the snow and he set some bait at the three main entry points I have seen activity.

Pretty cool side note, as we were doing this his partner was on my dads deck looking for rat trails and happened to see my dehydrator, he asked if that's what it was, I said yes. He asked some questions about it.

He looked around some more and asked about my solar generator that was sitting on the porch.

We talked about that some.

Then he made a comment, you're among like minded people, so I asked a few questions, and offered a invitation to come back some time so we can talk some more.

I told them about the site and told them they should check it out.

I've been using them for 8 years for pest control and never had a clue.

Moral of the story: Be heartless when dealing with vermin.

I can try and send you some baby brown snakes, by the time they arrive they will be large, pissed off and hungry brown snakes.

I guarantee you will have no mammals smaller than a horse (though they are capable to killing cows, just not eating them) left alive on your property within a fortnight...

KVR an important note here is that you and your family are smaller mammals than a horse. Just sayin'.
