I'm in the process of starting a burrito trailer, and I'm not sure how to get my power.  I'll need to run a full sized fridge/freezer, a tortilla steamer, a coffee maker, a light, and a small air conditioner.  I figure the stove can just be a propane camp stove, and the steam table can use canned heat.  Does anyone have any recommendations as to a gas or propane generator versus solar?  Is there some option I haven't thought of?  Monkeys on exercise bikes maybe?  Fusion reactor?
