I also liked their layout here because they don't have two sinks. If you're going that small, just use your kitchen sink as your bathroom sink.

holy crap trailers are expensive, been on the phone all morning long, wonder if it would be better do go with something like this and cut it down

2 axle mobile frame. Good to Excellent condition. Around 50' total length made of 2 ~ 8" I beams / boxed around 8' intervals
It is UNDER 8'-6" Width (Wings have been bent in) - can be towed w/o a permit.
Includes 2 attached axles with brakes & 4 tires
Will sell 1 or both axles, but best deal is buy whole unit.

Has factory tongue 2-5/16 ball (not a goose neck)

Great frame for sawmill car hauler truss for dock ~ narrow it up for a dock ~ similar to bar joist structure
