Anyone use them? If so what do you recommend? I am having difficulties finding regular safety glasses that fit comfortably over my face and prescription glasses.

I had a set of wraparound prescription glasses because the overglasses always fogged. With that said, I tripped a lot. I would recommend against the curved lenses like these:

Instead, if you're accustomed to wearing glasses, you can either get the attachable shields or these (some exist with better coverage). These are what the machinists used at my college:

I never succeeded in finding over glasses that were comfortable. My long term solution (what I do currently) is just put in my contacts and use my Oakley M 2.0s because they give me the best coverage and they're ballistic rated (probably overkill but you only get two eyes).

I had a set of these overglasses that worked fine when looking up but the fit was not great and they always took my regular glasses with them when they fell off:

Great idea with the contacts, didn't even think of going that route. I'll have to hit up the eye store and see if they can give me some based off my current prescription.

A friend of mine ordered prescription glasses on-line at zennioptical.com, rather large but offer good protection and no fogging problem.

I used to get good sunglass frames and then have them put in prescription safety lenses. Even had the transition style ones a few times. They were great running 911 and definitely got tested buy drunks and vehicle extrications. Not cheap. And you look like Bob Bernquist.

I think the distortion he talked about is probably related to how strong your script is maybe? I would have safety lenses put in Smith/Oakley/Suncloud type wrap arounds and never had that problem. But I have a very minor prescription. Truth is if work wasn't offering to buy them I wouldn't have kept getting them over that 5 years. Man that was great insurance......

That's how I ended up with them as well. I was probably just being a wimp and never really tried them long enough to adjust. My prescription is only -1.75 in both so it's nothing to complain about.
