I always thought this would be a cheap method of building a structure. We have a log cabin company up the road where you can buy the cut offs from the pre-engineered logs by the pick up load for fire wood. Wonder how much it would be to do a whole building.

It'd be nice to see a set of router bits and an engineering certificate that you could just show to your local code office. Definitely great for areas where termites aren't an issue.

I always forget about termites, carpenter ants are a much bigger problem up here
