thing that sticks out the most to me about it was the mention of the effects of the volcanos and the crop failures. I've known about this for many years as I've studied volcanic activity and it's relationship to the sun and sun spots.

But many people ( global warming agreer's) dont seem to understand that driving my suv to the store will not likely cause any problems for this planet. but one large volcano can erupt and wipe out most of the humans on this planet within a matter of weeks/months.

10 years for temperatures to stabilize to pre-eruption

I haven't been able to watch the whole thing yet, did they mention the Tambora eruption and how that compares to the larger ones, last time that went off there was no summer in 1816

yes, they listed every major eruption known. it is amazing to see how much it affected the entire world. Many times crops have failed due to it. Many times humans have taken heavy losses.

scary part is it's just a matter of when not if the next one is going to erupt

Hmmm, stumbled across this article today... oddly enough

seems to be a stupid car commercial playing on the right side, just push mute.
