Wish this was in written form - especially the sauce. The mini-video is neat, but goessssss so quickly.

I do a lot of under 30 min. one pot cooking too. (skillet lasagna, unstuffed peppers, pressure cooker saurbraten, pressure cooker swiss steak,  and plenty of stir fry/yakisoba etc.)

On my second viewing it did enlarge and I was able to jot down sequence and ingredients -

1) boil rice noodles per package instructions, drain and reserve.

2) with oil cook and set aside 2 scrambled eggs

3) with oil cook diced chicken breast, remove and add shallots sauteing them lightly.

4) add all back to pot and cook with Pad Thai Sauce

Pad Thai Sauce

2 Tablespoon each - fish oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice and Sriracha. (lightly heat to combine)

My personal motto - The Home, a peace worth fighting for.

And for us neither would be added! We aren't 'HOT' fans. But that's the joy of cookin' - you get to make it YOUR 'style' Wink.
