So my wife has been craving some chocolate, so I decided to try and make her something close to her favorites

so I grabbed some supplies

I dumped in 2 cups of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2/3 cup of honey and a teaspoon of sea salt

I melted a cup of coconut oil

and mixed it well

I covered a pan with wax paper and smoothed it all out on the pan

and sprinkled unsweetened coconut and almonds on it

I set the pan outside to harden and after about 40 minutes, it was set

was good!

So my wife has really taken to this side of paleo, she's doing chocolate banana popsicles, those things are awesome when the need for a snack arise

I make healthy candy bars that taste kinda like snickers. All natural ingredients and man are they good. best part is they are REALLY good for you.

how can I market these? everyone who has ever tried one has said "you should sell these"
