Anyone ever cooked with one before? I had to stop at the feed store yesterday and they had a couple set up out front grilling for customers. I almost fell over when they said the price of $800 though. 

I believe they had the next bigger model up from this.

The guy with the Goal Zero Solar Generator had one.  That was the main reason he had brought the generator on the campout was to run the pellet smoker.  He made chicken that tasted pretty good.   I guess you pay for convenience.

One benefit I guess would be for people that are banned from using charcoal or open flame grills at apartment, condos and such, Technically it's an electric grill.
