Flu. Today is my first day out of bed since last monday. I can't remember the last time I was this sick. And I missed a whole week of beautiful weather. Finally able to eat so I had some miso broth and chopped up a few raw ramps. All is well because of ramps.

Buck Brannaman is coming to WV in October. I am so excited because I am going to ride in his clinic!
For those that don't know, The movie "the horse wisperer" was based on Buck. This is an opportunity of a lifetime!
