Not that I'm a conspiracy guy, but now the insanely low gas prices seems like they're in cahoots with Barry's agenda. Drop prices, impose sin tax, and then get prices back to where they were just now with a sizable tax.

No they're not benefiting the producers, but at the end of the day, it's not really hurting them either. They're doing it to help Barry, not themselves.
