Been a weird weekend, my hunger kicked in huge for some reason and I went crazy, stuck to low carb foods though but I must have been eating 3-4000 calories easily. Lost a pound!

I would recommend getting a sample pack first and trying it and seeing if you like it, I think I have a 10 percent coupon if you want the code for it. The ingredients cost about 200 dollars to get everything but last a long time besides the protein powder and the acacia fiber iirc.

well got the results back from the dermatologist, the thing on my head was a benign keratosis and the thing on my arm was a atypical dysplasia mole, said it was not cancerous but if it wasn't removed like it was it could have become one 10-20 years down the road, so looks like I will be going back to him yearly for checkups
