My wife wanted some cornbread stuffed jalapenos the other night so I decided to throw some together. It’s a pretty simple recipe and isn’t that spicy at all, so don’t be afraid. Try it!
I dumped the jiffy mix into a pan
and added a egg
and a half a cup of corn
and 2/3rd cup of shredded cheddar
and 2/3 cup of milk and mixed well
my wife cleaned the jalapenos
and I half filled them with cheese
and filled the rest with batter
after about 30 minutes in the oven, they were done
