Thats tempting.  There was a similar one on Shark Tank (not solar powered) not too long ago, but they did not get an offer.

After trying to find them on Amazon, I came across this.

So I would imagine the battery, etc isn't really integrated into the backpack in any way.  I just suspect it buckles onto the exterior of the pack.  Depending on how you look at it, it could be a bonus or a problem.
