With all the fracking and water trucks around, it's nice to see another energy type happening around here.
These are a few miles away so they are a little hard to see from my cell pic, but they are huge. The blades are about 80' long and 10' wide. There is a total of 30 going up. It will be interesting to see what kind of energy they produce when they switch them on.

when I went home for my grandmothers funeral and headed through cherry flats to wellsboro, I was shocked at the windmills I saw, we were headed back at night and saw all the red lights blinking, I hadn't seen them on the drive over

They are sprouting up left and right down here on the Cape. I've got a couple 500' windmills right here in my airspace, which is great because now I get to warn every plane I talk to about the giant windmill, as if they cant see them. A good friend of mine lives in Mississippi and works on those for a living.
