pretty neat looking, but man that stove pipe is close to the wall

I forget if something like this needs to be raised above the woodstove? I think doing something like this would help me keep the crawl space under my cabin warm during the winter -- I just need to insulate it first.

On a side note, I am very surprised that those supports can hold that much water.

not sure if it needs to be pork, but with thermo flow it would help for sure, as far as the bracing, the wall is the item carrying the load in that pic, the braces are just transferring it to the wall, see the cross piece screwed to the wall under the braces, as long as those are secure, there is no way that would collapse
