If I was smarter, I would have built one of these looong ago. We try not to use the oven from about April through October because it heats the house up so much.
You can literally fry eggs on the concrete outside for most of the year.

that is really cool. he said that it only gets to about 300 degrees though, which i understand is half of that needed for a good pizza oven.
are there some drawings for something like this for those of us that are not particularly gifted for building? i've got most of those things he's used, left over from one of our restaurants that we just tore down to move down the street.
