I went to a Living Green expo today and ran across this booth. Pretty cool and seemed to be very well built.

"The EasySun Solar Generator is a portable, electric generator powered by the sun. The generator is designed to be portable, yet require no setup or installation.

The solar generator requires no gasoline and produces free electricity from the sun. Two differences between a solar generator and a gasoline generator is the lack of noise and toxic fumes.

The EasySun Solar Generator can be operated indoors or outdoors and features 1,500 watts of continuous power (3,000 watts surge). The generator is controlled with one on/off switch. Two 110V outlets and two 12V outlets provide power, while a battery meter gives simple indication of the battery state of charge."
