Not really, let me look for some. I am not big on the mathematics side of the solar setup and so I looked more at what components I needed, etc. Some guys into solar can spit out equations for amp hours, peak sun, yada yada. I am not good at that -- but I am decent, I think, at sizing systems and choosing components based on needs.
PV Watts gives a lot of good info, but is very basic. E.g. you could compare the amount of sun you would get in Arizona, and run it again to see what you get in Maine, to give you an idea of the difference in the amount of sun each place gets. You can also see in which months you will need to use a generator, etc.

That is probably the best link I have to a calculator. Next up is signing up for the Arizona Wind Sun forum and absorbing some of the knowledge over there. It looks like the link is temporarily down right now.
