Lol!  It definitely would have worked but unfortunately I came home with 6 pullets this morning.  Here's how the text messages went down:

Me: you're gonna kill me

Her: what????

Me: promise you won't kill me

Her: You better not be bringing home a goat. I'm not even kidding.

Me: lol@ kidding. No no goats

Her: what is it.

Me: they don't let you buy just one or two chicks. You have to get a min of 6

Her: are you f'in kidding me?

 

So now Im banned from buying more chicks too! Wish I saw this earlier!!!!
