Wow, nicely done. He makes it look so easy. I tried butchering a deer I shot a few year back; there was much weeping and gnashing of teeth and it was an utter nightmare.

I'm committed to butchering my own this year. I got a set of knives. I'd like to get a saw. I'll be saving up for a grinder as well. So tired of paying $100 and getting only a portion of the usable meat.

I use a Kitchen Aid attachment for small sausage making projects; although, if you are doing a whole animal, you may want something bigger.
