our tom (who has the messed up feet) started limping yesterday, not sure how much longer he is going to be able to walk on them, might have to do this myself,

I did my last wild turkey with my Mora....thats it. Just that knife.

You should make a little butchering guide with pics. Mora knives are the best for the price imo.
