from what I read, if the rabbit thinks you are a threat, that's when she will eat them. I guess you could try to mate her again and see if she does better. If she eats them again, she's probably not cut out to be a momma.

She's a little stand offish most of the time. Not overly friendly, doesn't care to be touched. She doesn't seem to be nervous or anxious on a regular basis, just a little grumpy.
Sounds like it might be her personality
