it's not a weed problem, it's a lack of a duck problem! we have battled weeds every year since we put the pond in, we have tried chemicals, pulling, etc. The ducks are winning the battle for us, the pond was full of weeds this spring before we unleashed them into the pond, they are slowly clearing it out
