The Amazon reviews make it sound like a chicken in the world will figure it out... but I don't know. I watched them for a minute or two when I put them in the coop and they never tried to drink the water. Hmm.

I posted a setup like that on our facebook page and several people said the birds never get enough water through the nipples and can easily get dehydrated, I've never used them

So good to hear. We are still on vacation... Below is a pic of a security can I pointed at the coop... Which I moved to the middle of the barn. I am hoping I comeback to 6 live chicks.

BTW our cameras have sound and I just got it working on our phones. Heard the chicks on the camera, sounded like all of them are alive.
