I have seen some cool ones with pvc as well

I went the water safe pvc route.

Two two foot long sections of 4", 2 - 4" ends, one 90 and holes drilled in the length along the ground.

Liking it so far for the chickens and rabbits.

Working on a auto water system now so all the cleaning and feeding can be done from outside of the pens so there is less chance of cross contamination.
