We have one of these. They are a pain in the rear to maintain. You get a lot of cross combing and from what I have been told the honey production is less than with other hive styles. We got them bundled up for the winter but when I break them out this spring maybe I'll take some pics or something.

I wish I could care for hem but I'm allergic. Top bar hives are supposed to be healthier for the bees because they produce everything that they need.
