our tom was bloody and battered the other morning
so we washed him off and poured peroxide over the wound
my daughter called me this morning flipping out cause the birds were attacking each other and bleeding, so I went back and my wife and daughter were trying to separate them, I told them they had to let them work it out on their own, or else they are going to keep doing it

15 minute later they worked it all out, for now anyways

the tom stayed out of it, he just strutted around saying, that's right, they are fighting over me

That was interesting. They are getting really big, it is so weird to see them just doing there thing in the yard. It is really cool (not the fighting) just the general day to day life right there in the yard.
Hopefully they don't do any serious damage.

I was really hesitant at first to raise turkeys, I can honestly say they have been a absolute joy to have, my daughter wants me to keep the male and a female, but we will be slaughtering them all, my wife and daughter are really going to miss those birds, but it's why we raise them
