almost time to harvest them, I haven't seen these guys fly at all this year

going to hand pluck?  I heard that the chicken pluckers like the wiz-bang dont really do a great job with ducks.

Just curious.  I was planning on doing some broilers next spring and then maybe adding some ducks if I think I can get the infrastructure together to handle them on the property.  The processing has been on my mind.

I've never butchered a duck, but I imagine it's similar in a lot of ways to butchering chickens? Enlighten me.
