Well after 7 days "tomorrow morning" it will finally be ready to give to the goats and chickens. I hope they like it.

I think where I have it is too cold so I am moving it to a smaller room where I can control the heat at 70. I am still experimenting with all this. 
How much per bin how deep ect ect..

Very cool. I built a smaller one and used the 2 gal buckets that I had on hand Instead of buying the trays. One thing I found out that the water has to be changed every few days because it gets really gross. I also rinse the buckets out with diluted bleach every couple of weeks because they get pretty funky too.

here's my tiny version. my chickens like it at 4 days growth so this works for me.

how does that work? pumping water from bottom to top and it drains down through?

Yeah, in mine theres a small aquaponics pump that I put on a timer to run for 9 minutes every four hours. It floods the buckets then they drain into the basin below.
@Mainely BJJ, does yours work the same way?
