Are all pigs naturally this standoffish? I know pigs have been compared to dogs -- I just imagine a young dog coming right up and wanting to be petted.

they are skittish for the first several weeks, these three seem a little more than we have experienced in the past, not sure if it is because of the extra one or what though

I was thinking about this today as I was building a stall in the barn, the other difference is the breeds, we have always had a duroc cross breed, while these are berkshires cross breeds, this was our piglets from 2 years ago, 2 weeks after we got them
