well, we finally got them processed today, I wanted to go help, but this chest cold is still kicking my butt, I did tell him to call me the next time he was doing someone elses so I could come help, he felt so bad we lost a turkey the other night, he wasn't going to charge me for doing these, I refused and gave him 20 bucks and told him to go buy a case of beer

they are fricking huge, they have to be at least 40 pounds, they are to big for the freezer, for the oven and for us to eat at once, so it looks like sunday I will be breaking down the birds and canning some and freezing some, to be continued
