I want to smoke it, my wife wants to keep it as a pet, I said fine, we'll keep it in the kennel in the house, we can't leave it by itself in the barn all winter and it's to small to be with the cows, I think I won that argument

It just might be the smartest pig in the world!  Wiggled itself into a comfy gig in the house while the others head to the smoke shack.

Keep it as a pet, why not.  He can show the new animals how the whole thing works.  He can also befriend spiders.

or charlotte

the only issue is, he will be alone, pigs are social animals, he could get pretty ornery, I do have a friend that raises pigs year round, I'm going to ask if he can keep him overwinter, and then we'll take him back in the spring
