yeah, that would be to much, first choice would be electric, not sure how well that would work on solar, you might want to look at a solar charger like I sent groin, you could run it off a battery on a panel as well, not sure how much you overproduce in the summer, but your current set up might be enough to run it, you would still want a small pen to train them on a electric fence, make them afraid, then you can let them out in a larger area.
