That's awesome. They planned the inside so well -- I am jealous that it is much cheaper than what I built. I think for a building of this size to work for me I would need a) a larger living space for a wood stove and b) a huge pole barn close by for storage and a shop.

EDIT: my reply is for the 2nd video... the nicer house!

I think that is the great thing about going this way pork, most real estate taxes are based off the primary building, it's kind of the thought we had, we aren't quite that small, we are just around 800 sq/ft but we added several out buildings to take care of storage issues and stuff, and our property taxes ae low. I think we could have easily cut about 200 s/ft out of our home though and still be comfortable
