One of the 84 stores here closed very quietly a few months ago.  In a 6 mile strip there was Lowes, HD, 84 and my favorite family owned lumber yard.  I am surprised our area could support a HD and Lowes, less alone the smaller operations. 

Maybe this is some diversification that will boost 84 up.

I almost took a management job with 84 years ago, if it wasnt for their relocation and comission/salary structure i probably would have taken it.

Maybe it was there and I missed it, but do these come complete or are they kits??  Makes me think about how way back in the day, Sears sold houses in kits.  Your entire house would arrive by train.  Wood, screws, nails and paint.  Wonder why no one's doing that with tiny houses?

the one at the technical school? Still there, I saw it the other night during machining class but the for sale sign wasn't on it, not sure if they sold it or not
