Very creative.  I think the only thing that would bother me with this type of hidden design is that everything you do requires multiple steps to accomplish.  Want to sit down to eat?-Unlock the table, pull the table down, insert leg in table, insert leg in floor, unlock bench, put leg in bench, etc.

I really respect people like this.  He has a mind for design and skills for fabrication, but also keeps a unified theme.  My shipping container would probably be a hodge-podge of projects and end up looking thrown together.
