Was the point of the camper just the title? I'm guessing that the square footage would be against code for a home on a foundations.

Annoyingly here, this project would have looked like:

Started to knock things down, got a fine for not having the right permit, applied for a permit, paid for the permit. Started framing the walls, which cost me $5,000 then paid another $2,000 to have a certified builder sign off on them to avoid another fine. Then started on the electrical, paid another $5,000 to have a certified electrician sign off on things, he told me I used the wrong coloured wire and I had to rip it all out, I gave up and cried...

Long live Australia...
