I'm not sure I see $17,000 but he did opt for some nice appliances. Love the layout and the cubby stairs, not to mention the tankless toilet (still having trouble finding an economical one in Texas). I'm curious what the total height is... If he needs a special permit for moving it around or if he can just haul it like a travel trailer. Needs a dash of color.
