Like the unique shape of this house, but the floor plan is not great. Dining table on different floor than kitchen? And imagine carrying dishes, let alone a queen mattress! up spiral stairs?!? And isn't it missing a bathroom? Re-designing the floor plan would help a lot.

Round (octagon is close) most efficient use of space and materials...very cool!
