Those prices fall in line with what I got quotes for on the bathroom project. I ended up going way over budget but for an addition it wasn't bad. The biggest expense in the kitchen is replacing the countertops. The only way around that for hard surface in my mind is DIY concrete or tile as you did.
Thanks for the list though! Great place to start for budgeting projects.

At the same time, I don't think people know how to go about getting the industrial stuff. I'll often walk into public bathrooms and appreciate the sinks and faucets and when googling can't seem to find the desired objects for what I would consider a "reasonable" price:
