That is a very good price in today's dollars. I am not sure where I will come out.  Three types of space, Living, Attic, Garage...each will have a different cost per sq ft...when we are done I will try and break out a sq foot cost by each section...might be tough and I will probably be tired...lol

I tried keeping track of everything, went through my account and I believe the overall number was correct but I had about 7000 that I had no clue where it went, just randomly picking up stuff we needed, it adds up fast.
