that looks really good

I doubt the neighbors will agree. I'm expecting tampering and/or riding their atvs around it.

The driveway is unfinished, no gravel, and not as nice as it should be. They ignored my instructions to undercut, it has no crown, and no drainage. They also messed up the slope past the crossing. Oh, and they buried 2 of my springs along the farm road.

It is not even close to resolved. I don't know how long it will take to resolve. It will take however long it takes.

Update:

I finally met the guy that had driven his truck into my property and done target shooting. He was near by scouting wild turkey in preparation for tomorrow which is the start of the season. He heard me drive up and came over to introduce himself. He seemed respectful enough and we talked for quite awhile. In bits and pieces throughout the conversation we addressed the trespassing issues including his own trespassing and that of his father-in-law who I had a warrant served on. He claimed to understand my reasoning for pressing charges. He said that between the warrant and the wire gate that everyone had taken the hint including him. He explained some about his going onto the property. I asked if the metal stand left behind was his and he denied it. All camera footage says it was him, but I'll let that slide as long as he doesn't do anything further. I told him as long as he is respectful, does not enter to hunt, does not shoot game on my property, only enters on foot and doesn't disturb anything that he could retrieve game wounded elsewhere that wanders in.

I am hoping that this will prove to be positive, but at this point am more than a little weary. We shall see how things play out. We exchanged names and phone numbers.
