GSXR1000 Front end - lightens it up and improves the handling, though at the expense of the nostalgia

No, stole that one from the internets. This one was mine (same GSXR1000 forks utilized for the rebuild). It was a 2006 Triumph Speed Triple 1050 that had been lowsided. The forks were destroyed and replacement Triumph ones were $2000. GSXR1000 were $250. I machined new upper and lower triple clamps as well as the steering spindle when I was working at a machine shop and then later sold it for a profit.
