Sorry for the wait, here is an updated picture. I still haven't gotten around to making specific "runs" within my larger fenced area. Not sure if I am going to or not. We are consistently getting eggs now... but not as many as I thought. Yesterday we got 4 from 7 laying hens. I am going to up their feed to see if that helps them lay more.

 

I built a feeder based off of some pictures posted here. Took me about 10 minutes with a bucket and water jug I had laying around.
