Nice carpentry.  I love my 24 year old Black and Decker Work Mate...very tough and portable...they don't make the heavy model anymore...it's a shame they don't, it was about 80 or 90 bucks back then but it is a versatile well made tool.

...the old stuff holds up.  I have some nice Brace's and good sets of auger bits for them.  Very efficient. I had to learn how to hone the leading edge, no one seems to do that service anymore.

contact a local restaurant and ask them if they use a knife sharpening service and if so who it is, they should be able to take care of it for you
