Missed the question about getting into the pawn business. It's a good business that helped diversify my income. I wanted something that wasn't going to tank in a horrible economy. Plus the Pawn Business is really easy, I just sit around all day. I'd like to be busier but its at least already a part time job. If anything ever happens to the economy this will still produce at least some income, hell maybe it will keep growing. Gym is good though, so right now things are good. I was able to build my house out of pocket and with one credit card so there are no liens on the 10 acres and house. Just need to replenish the emergency fund now and figure out where this new business will lead me.
